This includes a <br />summary of the work performed, the total project cost, the percentage of work <br />the firm was responsible for, the period over which the work was completed, and <br />the name, title, and phone number of clients to be contacted for references. <br />5.2.3. Chapter 3 — Work Plan <br />Describe the Proposer's process to address the City's Scope of Services, outlined <br />in Attachment A. This should include a description of Proposer's plans for <br />inspection, assessment, and repair of pump, motor and related mechanical <br />equipment. Include the steps and procedures Proposer will take to complete <br />repairs on-site and/or removal of equipment to an off-site shop for repair and <br />return delivery. <br />Include a full description of Proposer's response time and ability to meet the <br />services requested in Attachment A - Scope of Services. Also include a schedule <br />for preventative maintenance and repair requests for the City's storm pumps. <br />5.2.4. Chapter 4 — Project Staffing <br />This Chapter shall discuss how the Proposer will staff this project. The Proposer <br />is expected to have skilled and experienced employees under Proposer's direct <br />employment and supervision to meet the requirements of this solicitation. Key <br />project team members shall be identified by name, title, and specific <br />responsibility for the project. Resumes for all of the Proposer's personnel shall be <br />included. <br />5.2.5. Chapter 5 — Proposal Cost <br />Provide a cost breakdown in an easily readable format, that contains all of the <br />information listed in Attachment B — Cost Proposal Schedule. All pricing must be <br />inclusive and include all costs to complete the services outlined in Attachment A <br />- Scope of Services. If Proposer has any costs not already specified in Attachment <br />B — Cost Proposal Schedule, those costs should be identified in this chapter. <br />Provision of this information assists the City in determining whether the Proposer <br />understands the project, whether the costs are fair and reasonable in light of the <br />services to be provided, and provides City staff with tools to negotiate the final <br />cost. <br />The Proposer shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the development and <br />submission of this response. The City assumes no contractual obligation as a <br />result of the issuance of this RFP, the preparation or submission of a response by <br />a Proposer, the evaluation of an accepted response, or the selection of finalists. <br />The City shall not be contractually bound until the City and the successful <br />Proposer have executed a written contract for performance of the work. The City <br />of Redwood City does not pay for services before it receives them.
