Optional Field Meet <br />An optional field meet on Friday, March 16, 2018 at 10 AM is available to interested <br />Proposers to tour a few of the City's pump stations and pumps. Please email or call the <br />City contact by Wednesday, March 14, 2018 to RSVP for the field meet. Proposers must <br />RSVP to attend. <br />5.4. Proposal Submittal Deadline and Location <br />Proposals are due on or before Wednesday, April 4, 2018, AT 3:30 PM. The use of double <br />sided paper is encouraged. Proposer shall hand deliver or mail one (1) copy of its proposal <br />in sealed envelope to: <br />City of Redwood City <br />Attn: City Clerk <br />1017 Middlefield Road <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Sealed proposals must bear the Proposer's name and address, and be clearly marked <br />"SEALED PROPOSAL FOR STORM PUMP PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AND ON-CALL <br />REPAIR SERVICES DUE 3:30 P.M. WEDNESDAY, APRIL 4." <br />Late proposals will not be considered. <br />5.5. Questions Regarding the RFF <br />Should discrepancies or omissions be found in this RFP or should there be a need to <br />clarify this RFP, questions regarding this RFP must be put in writing and received by the <br />City contact person identified in Section 16 no later than Monday, March 19, 2018 at <br />3:30 p.m. Inquiries received after the date and time stated will not be accepted. <br />Any interpretations or corrections of the RFP will only be made by an addendum posted <br />online to the City's website. Such addendum shall be considered a part of the RFP and <br />must be signed and submitted with the proposal. <br />Oral interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. <br />5.6. Withdrawal of Proposals <br />Any Proposer may withdraw his or her proposal by written request, addressed to the City <br />contact specified in Section 16, at any time prior to the RFP Submittal Deadline. <br />5.7. Redwood City Business License <br />The Successful Proposer must either possess a current, valid Redwood City business <br />license or have submitted a Redwood City business license application and fee at the <br />time of contract award.
