Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt a Joint Resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City <br />and the Board of Port Commissioners of the Port of Redwood City for a <br />Contribution by the City of Redwood City to the Port of Redwood City to <br />Fund Infrastructure Improvements at the Redwood City Municipal Marina, <br />and find that the project is exempt from the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Sections 15301 and 15303; <br />and <br />2.
