Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt a Joint Resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City <br />and the Board of Port Commissioners of the Port of Redwood City for a <br />Contribution by the City of Redwood City to the Port of Redwood City to <br />Fund Infrastructure Improvements at the Redwood City Municipal Marina, <br />and find that the project is exempt from the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Sections 15301 and 15303; <br />and <br />2. By motion, authorize City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to the <br />agreement with Overland, Pacific and Cutler (OPC) in the amount of <br />$25,000 for a total contract amount of $421,156, and authorize the City <br />Manager to execute future amendments to the agreement with OPC, as <br />needed, to facilitate completion of the provision of relocation services to <br />Docktown Marina tenants MINUTE ORDER 18-153 <br />A JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 15697 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AND THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE PORT <br />OF REDWOOD CITY FOR A CONTRIBUTION BY THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />TO THE PORT OF REDWOOD CITY TO FUND INFRASTRUCTURE <br />IMPROVEMENTS AT THE REDWOOD CITY MUNICIPAL MARINA FOR <br />LIVEABOARD PURPOSES <br />D. Create a Residential Parking Permit Area in the Friendly Acres <br />Neighborhood (703) <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution to establish a Residential Permit Parking (RPP) Area "B" <br />in the Friendly Acres neighborhood, located in the area generally bounded <br />by Second Avenue, Fifth Avenue, Bay Road and Broadway Hoover Street, <br />and find that the project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines <br />Sections 15303 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) and <br />15305 (Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations) <br />A RESOLUTION NO. 15698 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY DESIGNATING RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "B" <br />FOR PARTS OF CERTAIN STREETS IN THE FRIENDLY ACRES <br />NEIGHBORHOOD BORDERED BY BAY ROAD, BROADWAY, 2ND AVENUE AND <br />5TH AVENUE; AND AUTHORIZING THE ERECTION OF APPROPRIATE SIGNS <br />AND THE ISSUANCE OF PERMITS FOR SAID AREA <br />E.
