Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution to delay the application of new special event fees for <br />organizations that host events open to the public for an initial period of six <br />months and authorize the City Manager to extend the delayed application of <br />such new special event fees for an additional six months, if necessary, in <br />order to allow the City Council's Ad Hoc Committee to provide <br />recommendations to the full Council. Section 2.41.13 to Chapter 2, Article IV of the Redwood City Municipal <br />Code to establish a Fiduciary Trust Fund in the City's financial system to <br />be known as Section 115 Trust Account Fund; and <br />2.
