6.C. - Page 7 of 7 <br />EXHIBIT "B" <br />Terms: <br />Consultant shall work a minimum of 20 hours per week and be available two days a <br />week at City Hall and other days as needed <br />Consultant's services will be billed on the basis of hourly rate of $175. Mileage to <br />attend required meetings is billed at $0.545 cents per mile.
