3) Multi-party Mediation Services: PCRC can provide mediation services to intact <br />groups or in conflict situations with multiple stakeholders. After an initial consultation <br />and planning process, PCRC staff or skill volunteer mediators will help the parties <br />work together to resolve their dispute and establish positive future steps. <br />4) Conflict Resolution System Design: PCRC can assist organizations in building <br />internal conflict resolution capacity, i.e. the development of policies and procedures <br />for interest -based dispute prevention and early resolution.
