REV: 11-15-2022 JB Exhibit “A” SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE Consultant shall update the Administrative Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the 1125 Arguello Street Project (Project) in the City of Redwood City as requested by the City to account for the Applicant’s Project design revisions associated with the addition of the construction of an offsite recycled waterline. Scope of Work Consultant shall complete the following tasks required for preparation of the updated CEQA document and technical assessments, to reflect the revised Project design (i.e., offsite recycled waterline) provided by the Applicant and revised by the City on November, 2, 2022: Technical and modeling revisions to the air quality, greenhouse gas, energy, and noise analyses General Project Management, coordination calls and emails from September 2022 through May 15, 2023 Preparation of the revised Administrative Draft EIR Preparation of the Screencheck Draft EIR Preparation of the Public Draft EIR Preparation of the Final EIR Production, printing and delivery of the document Noticing Findings of Fact and Statement of Overriding Considerations Response to public and agency comments on the Draft EIR Attendance at public hearings as directed by City NOTE: Amendment No.1 includes Tasks 1-7A. Amendment No. 2 begins with a new Task 9. The missing Task 8 was assigned to the Direct Costs under Amendment No. 1 and was used for billing identification purposes to the City as Task 8. As such, this Amendment No. 2 starts at New Task 9. New Task 9: Technical Revisions to the Air Quality, Greenhouse Gas, Energy, and Noise Analyses Using the Applicant-provided and City updated Project Description dated November 2, 2022 and technical analysis to be provided by their consultants (Kimley-Horn, Langan and Page and Turnbull), Consultant will update the previously prepared Air Quality (AQ), Greenhouse Gas (GHG), Energy, and Noise analyses for the Project. Air Quality and Greenhouse Gas: Updating the AQ and GHG Analysis for Arguello would require the following: Preparing an additional air model within CalEEMod 2020.4.0. The additional air quality and GHG emissions generated from the construction of the pipeline would be added to the existing emissions modeling.
