Original Task 3A: Administrative Draft EIR Though approved under the original Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Services dated June 1, 2021, at the direction of the City, portions of Task 3A have been updated to assume use of the Applicant-provided Cultural Resources and Transportation studies in the Administrative Draft EIR. Revisions to the Amendment No. 1 scope of work are included below in redline: Cultural Resources. Stantec will prepare the Cultural Resources section of the CEQA document as referenced in Task 2A.1, Cultural Resources. Traffic and Transportation. Stantec will prepare the Transportation section of the CEQA document as referenced in Task 2A.2, Transportation. Cost Estimate The time and materials fee for providing the additional scope of work described herein is $165,000. Below is a breakdown of the estimated costs under this Amendment No. 2: Amendment No. 2 Task Budget Task 9: Technical Revisions to the Air Quality, Greenhouse Gas, Energy, and Noise Analyses $54,553 Task 10: General Project Management, Coordination Calls and Emails $40,000 Task 11: Revised ADEIR $50,000 Task 12: Screencheck and Public Draft EIR $10,000 Task 13: Findings of Fact $15,000 Labor Total $165,000 Direct Costs $0 Total Budget $165,000 Rates. Consultant shall be paid based on the hourly rates provided in the Rate Table in Amendment No. 1 identified as Appendix A: Focused EIR Detailed Cost Contract Budget As detailed below, under Amendment No. 1, approximately $21,833 of the approved budget remains in the Task 200.0002, Cultural Resources task and approximately $32,720 budget remains in the Task 200.0002a, Transportation task, for a remaining unspent balance total of approximately $54,553 across these two tasks. As such, Consultant requests the budget for Amendment No. 2 to reallocate $54,553 of the existing contracted Tasks 200.0002 and 200.0002a budgets to a new Task 200.0009, Updated Technical Analyses task to allow for the updated modeling and analyses outlined in this proposed scope of work.
