"Net Per Unit Park Impact Fee" is defined in Section 6.213. <br />"Net Per Unit Transportation and Infrastructure Impact Fee" is defined in <br />Section 6.21). <br />"New City Laws" means and includes any ordinances, resolutions, orders, rules, <br />official policies, standards, specifications, guidelines, or other regulations, which are promulgated <br />or adopted by City (including but not limited to any City agency, body, department, officer or <br />employee) or its or their electorate (through their power of initiative or otherwise) after the <br />Effective Date. <br />"New Impact Fees" means those <br />Date, if any. For the avoidance of doubt New <br />escalation in, Existing Impact Fees. <br />Impact Fees adopted by City after the Effective <br />Impact Fees do not include replacements of, or <br />"Non -County Authorization" is defined in Section 3.3C. <br />"Notice" is defined in Section 14.5. <br />"Off -Site Undergrounding" is defined in Section 3.6 <br />"Other Agency Fees" is defined in Section 6.1 D. <br />"Other Agency Subsequent Approvals" means Subsequent Approvals to be <br />obtained from governmental or quasi -governmental entities other than City. <br />"Parcel Map" means the Parcel Map attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />"Park Impact Fees" means the City's park dedication and facility impact fees paid <br />under Municipal Code Chapter 30, Article XII and Chapter 18, Article XVI by developers of <br />development project to mitigate the cumulative impacts of new residential development on the <br />need for park and recreational facilities. <br />"Parry/Parties" is defined in the introductory paragraph preceding the Recitals of <br />this Agreement. <br />"Planned Area Utilities" is defined in Section 3.10. <br />"Planning Commission" means the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood <br />City. <br />"Processing Fees" means all fees charged on a City-wide basis to cover the cost of <br />City processing of development project applications, including any required supplemental or other <br />further environmental review, plan checking (time and materials) and inspection and monitoring <br />for land use approvals, design review, grading and building permits, General Plan maintenance <br />fees, and other permits and entitlements required to implement the Project, which fees are in effect <br />at the time those permits, approvals, or entitlements are applied for, and which fees are intended <br />OAK #4843-3885-9090 v11 13 <br />ATTY/AGR/2018.094/STRADA DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />REV: 07-27-18 VR <br />Page 13 of 94 <br />
