These events are subject to and in <br />accordance with the terms and conditions herein. <br />Permission is granted to the Redwood City Downtown Business Group ("Permittee"), by <br />the City of Redwood City ("City"). This permit is subject to the following terms and <br />conditions: <br />Arts & Crafts Festival and Parade: Permittee shall sponsor said activities. <br />2. Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the City. <br />Non -Transferability: This permit is non -transferable. <br />4. Location: The parade will be conducted in the areas detailed on the attached map <br />provided by the DBG in their letter dated October 26, 2018. Parade staging areas <br />require road closures throughout the area of Arguello, Bradford, and Marshall. The <br />festival will be conducted on Broadway from Winslow to Main Street, Hamilton <br />from Middlefield Parking Lot to Marshall, Middlefield from Broadway to Marshall, <br />Theatre Way from Middlefield to Broadway. Minor alterations to the parade route <br />and festival areas may be required to facilitate these events. Should alterations be <br />required, any change to the parade route and festival area locations will be <br />determined under the supervision and approval of the Police Chief or his designee. <br />5. Dates and Times: The festival and parade shall be conducted on Saturday, <br />December 1, 2018. The parade staging area, line-up area and route shall be reserved <br />between 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
