Hold Harmless: Permittee shall assume the defense of and indemnify and save harmless the City, its City Council, officers, boards, commissions, employees, volunteers, and agents from all suits, actions, damages, or claims to which the City may be subjected of any kind or nature whatsoever, resulting from or arising out of the performance or failure to perform of Permittee hereunder, or otherwise arising from or arising out of said event or any activities herein permitted. 10. City Services: Except as otherwise noted, the City agrees to provide those services requested in the letter dated October 26, 2018, in furtherance of the activities herein permitted. Specifically, the City agrees to provide the following services: Pnhlin Wnrlre- (a) Provide traffic cones and street barricades for the festival and parade and other traffic diversion requirements as determined by the Police Department. Delivery time, location, quantity and type of DBG requested barricades for the Hometown Holidays events shall be listed in an appendix to be provided. (b) Access to electrical outlets in and around Courthouse Square for public announcement and entertainer use. Access to outlets on Broadway/Theatre Way in support of Festival operations. Access to outlets at Broadway and Hamilton. Police Department: (a) Crowd and traffic control measures throughout the events. Community Development: (a) Access and use of Courthouse Square.
