Hold Harmless: Permittee shall assume the defense of and indemnify and save <br />harmless the City, its City Council, officers, boards, commissions, employees, <br />volunteers, and agents from all suits, actions, damages, or claims to which the City <br />may be subjected of any kind or nature whatsoever, resulting from or arising out of <br />the performance or failure to perform of Permittee hereunder, or otherwise arising <br />from or arising out of said event or any activities herein permitted. <br />10. City Services: Except as otherwise noted, the City agrees to provide those services <br />requested in the letter dated October 26, 2018, in furtherance of the activities herein <br />permitted. <br />Specifically, the City agrees to provide the following services: <br />Pnhlin Wnrlre- <br />(a) Provide traffic cones and street barricades for the festival and parade and other <br />traffic diversion requirements as determined by the Police Department. <br />Delivery time, location, quantity and type of DBG requested barricades for the <br />Hometown Holidays events shall be listed in an appendix to be provided. <br />(b) Access to electrical outlets in and around Courthouse Square for public <br />announcement and entertainer use. Access to outlets on Broadway/Theatre <br />Way in support of Festival operations.
