7.B. - Page 18 of 18 <br />CONCLUSION <br />The analysis demonstrates that the project is consistent with the General Plan and section <br />15183 is applicable to the project. The Zoning Amendment is consistent with the land use <br />designation for the site, and there is nothing peculiar about this project or its location that <br />would result in new or substantially more severe effects than those identified in the <br />General Plan EIR. Any identifiable potential project -related impacts were previously <br />considered in the General Plan EIR and impacts are substantially mitigated with uniformly <br />applied policies or standards.
