6.A. - Page 19 of 23 <br />COSI <br />Rincon will complete the work program invoiced by time and materials for a cost not to exceed $84,115. <br />A breakdown of the cost by task is summarized in the table below. All services would be provided on a <br />time and expense reimbursement basis and will be billed in accordance with Rincon's standard fee <br />schedule for professional services. <br />Rincon will perform additional work as needed up to $8,412 with the prior written approval of the City <br />Manager by letter amendment, for a total amount not to exceed $92,527.
