6.C. - Page 3 of 32 <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />$157,020 of the $600,000 Neighborhood Street Enhancement Project fund is proposed to fund the <br />design (balance is $600,000 as of September 30, 2018). These funds have been budgeted and do not <br />require additional appropriation. <br />The above mentioned $250,000 in grant funds are required to be used for construction only. These <br />funds are not in the adopted Fiscal Year 2018-19 budget. However, the City Council has approved <br />Resolution No.15640 to increase the revenue and expenditure budgets for $250,000. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The appropriate level of <br />environmental review will be completed for projects resulting from this planning effort. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public Notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />The City Council may elect to not approve the proposed agreement with CSG Consultants, Inc. and direct <br />staff to find alternative means of completing the work, or modify the scope of work, or select another <br />consultant. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
