EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Itemized List of what Consultant will do for City and at what price and schedule. <br />SURVEY AND DRAINAGE PLANS FOR THE OAKWOOD DRIVE LOCALIZED <br />DRAINAGE MANAGEMENT PROJECT <br />BKF Engineers ("CONSULTANT") shall provide survey and drainage plan services to <br />the City of Redwood City ("CITY"). <br />TASK 0 — PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION <br />This task includes project monitoring and administration, attendance in project <br />meetings, project coordination, defining and tracking tasks, preparation of progress <br />schedules, invoices, coordinating with sub -consultants and overseeing their work <br />progress and conducting internal quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) activities. <br />CONSULTANT will maintain frequent and timely communication with CITY throughout <br />the duration of the project. CONSULTANT will attend one onsite meeting with CITY. <br />CONSULTANT will prepare a meeting agenda and provide minutes of each meeting. <br />Two hours is assumed for each meeting. Attending meetings in addition to those listed <br />below and under each Task will be charged as an additional service on a time -and - <br />materials basis. <br />Deliverables: Meeting Minutes (Word and PDF format) <br />TASK 1 — DRAINAGE EVALUATION <br />As part of other development projects in the project vicinity, CONSULTANT has <br />gathered information that is ready available to us to conduct a preliminary drainage <br />evaluation. CONSULTANT will use this information to utilize time efficiently in the field <br />by focusing on unknowns. <br />1.1 Drainage Delineation: Prior to conducting site investigation and survey, <br />CONSULTANT will use the existing information including the 2017 County <br />LiDAR contour data and the GIS street and parcel data to delineate <br />tributary area. CONSULTANT will prepare drainage map that shows the <br />total tributary area to both sides of the intersection, sub -drainage <br />boundaries, flow paths, sags and low points. CONSULTANT will use aerial <br />imagery, LiDAR contour and GIS streets and parcels as map background <br />layers. <br />1.2 Drainage Calculations: CONSULTANT will conduct hydrologic and <br />hydraulic analyses to determine the flow and volume.
