F. City Inspection of Work: <br />City staff reserve the right to inspect Contractor's work. Contractor will promptly <br />correct any deficiencies at Contractor's expense. <br />Notwithstanding the separate Liquidated Damages clause, if Contractor fails to <br />perform the work required by the terms of the Agreement in a diligent and satisfactory <br />manner, the City may, after 30 days' written notice to Contractor, perform or cause <br />to be performed, all or any part of the work required hereunder. Contractor will <br />reimburse the City, and the City may deduct the amount from any sum owed to <br />Contractor. <br />G. Guarantee and Warranty of Work: <br />The Contractor shall guarantee all work performed under the Agreement against <br />defects resulting from the use of substandard materials, equipment or workmanship <br />for one year from the date of service. <br />H. During the warranty period for any new equipment installation, the Contractor shall <br />be responsible for making contact between the equipment manufacturer and the <br />City regarding any required service determined to be under warranty. The <br />Contractor will notify the City of any undue delays in response and provide details of <br />each incident. <br />2. Payment Terms <br />Contractor shall provide the services outlined above on a per task basis not to exceed <br />$515,000.00. Fees will be billed based on actual hours and materials used per the rate <br />schedule as delineated below. <br />Task 1: Preventative Maintenance <br />Unit Unit Rate <br />Per Pump $275.00 Frequency <br />Annually <br />Task 2 and 3: Major Repairs, On -Call and Emergency Repairs <br />Equipment Rates: <br />Equipment <br />Service Truck <br />Auto Crane <br />17 Ton Crane Truck <br />28 Ton Crane Truck <br />Larger Cranes <br />Unit Rate <br />$40.00 / Hour <br />$60.00 / Hour <br />$100.00 / Hour <br />$120.00 / Hour <br />Quoted based on job <br />Labor Rates: <br />Class Regular Rate <br />Lead Operator $75.00 / Hour <br />Helper $60.00 / Hour <br />Regular Rates shall apply weekdays <br />Rates shall apply to all calls serviced <br />weekends. Overtime Rates shall also <br />during a single 24 hour period. <br />REV: 10-04-19 EI <br />Overtime Rate <br />$112.50 / Hour <br />$90.00 / Hour <br />during the hours of 8:30 A.M.- 4:00 P.M.
