REV: 10-25-2021 RL G.Guarantee and Warranty of Work: The Contractor shall guarantee all work performed under the Agreement against defects resulting from the use of substandard materials, equipment or workmanship for one year from the date of service. During the warranty period for any new equipment installation, the Contractor shall be responsible for making contact between the equipment manufacturer and the City regarding any required service determined to be under warranty. The Contractor will notify the City of any undue delays in response and provide details of each incident. 2.Payment Terms Contractor shall provide the services outlined above on a per task basis not to exceed $530,450.00. Fees will be billed based on actual hours and materials used per the rate schedule as delineated below. Task 1: Preventative Maintenance Unit Unit Rate Frequency Per Pump $275.00 Annually Task 2 and 3: Major Repairs, On-Call and Emergency Repairs Equipment Rates: Equipment Unit Rate Service Truck $40.00 / Hour Auto Crane $60.00 / Hour 17 Ton Crane Truck $100.00 / Hour 28 Ton Crane Truck $120.00 / Hour Larger Cranes Quoted based on job Labor Rates: Class Regular Rate Overtime Rate Lead Operator $75.00 / Hour $112.50 / Hour Helper $60.00 / Hour $90.00 / Hour Regular Rates shall apply weekdays during the hours of 8:30 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. Overtime Rates shall apply to all calls serviced outside of Regular Rate hours, including holidays and weekends. Overtime Rates shall also apply to any hours worked in excess of eight hours during a single 24 hour period.
