Contractor will remove, transport, repair or replace, and re-install pumps, motors, and related equipment to and from the City's storm water pump stations. D. Contractor will coordinate with City staff for access to the pump stations. Task 3: On-Call and Emergency Repairs A. Contractor will maintain a telephone number for the entire term of the Agreement, and any and all extensions, at which City staff can reach Contractor 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for emergency requests. B. Contractor will respond to emergency repair requests within 4 hours of receiving notice from City staff. Notice may include written or verbal communication, including but not limited to emails and phone calls. C. Contractor will perform a site visit within 24 hours of receiving notice from the City and will utilize best available options to provide a timely resolution. D. Contractor will respond within 48 hours to non-emergency repair requests. General Expectations: A. Parts and Materials: Contractor will have available an inventory of common parts and materials needed to maintain the City's storm water pumps and motors. Contractor must have materials needed for preventative maintenance available at all times. B. Damages: Contractor is responsible for any damage caused by Contractor’s staff during the course of their work, and will correct any damages as directed by the City within an agreed upon timeframe. C. Staff: Contractor will provide City staff with the direct phone numbers, cell phone numbers, and email addresses of key staff involved in this project. D. Shop: Contractor will maintain adequate shop and storage facilities during the course of this Agreement and any and all extensions. Contractor's facility shall house the necessary equipment and materials for repair and maintenance of the City's storm water pumps. E.Equipment: Contractor will maintain in good condition all equipment necessary to perform the work described under this Scope of Work. F.City Inspection of Work: City staff reserve the right to inspect Contractor's work. Contractor will promptly correct any deficiencies at Contractor's expense. If Contractor fails to perform the work required by the terms of the agreement in a diligent and satisfactory manner, the City may, after 30 days' written notice to Contractor, perform or cause to be performed, all or any part of the work required hereunder.
