The recommended adjustments are as follows: <br />In addition, in accordance with Section 3(C) of the City Attorney Employment Agreement and Section II of <br />the City of Redwood City Executive Management Summary of Benefits, the Personnel Subcommittee <br />deems it appropriate to award a one-time exceptional performance bonus of 5% of current salary, or <br />$11,981, to the City Attorney. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The combined salary increases will result in a total annual cost of $39,568. This amount includes salary, <br />salary -driven benefits (such as pension contributions), and required payroll taxes. The performance bonus <br />will increase FY 2018-19 costs by $11,981. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />This activity is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as defined in CEQA <br />Guidelines, section 15378, because it has no potential for resulting in either a direct or reasonably <br />foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public Notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. Council may choose not to grant a compensation adjustment for either the City Manager or City <br />Attorney, or both. <br />2.
