Cocco, Judith A. Cocco, and Bethany Sue Chaney 2005 Living Trust <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />By motion: <br />1. Approve the Parcel Map for three lot subdivision at 340 West Oakwood Boulevard <br />2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Improvement Agreement with Mike L. Cocco, <br />Judith A. Cocco, and Bethany Sue Chaney 2005 Living Trust <br />3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance <br />Agreement with Mike L. Cocco, Judith A. Cocco, and Bethany Sue Chaney 2005 Living Trust <br />STRATEGIC INITIATIVE <br />Housing <br />BACKGROUND <br />The project will subdivide the existing 18,632 square -foot parcel at 340 West Oakwood Boulevard into <br />three parcels. The three parcels would be the following sizes: Lot 1: 6,342 sq. ft., Lot 2: 6,180 sq. ft., and <br />Lot 3: 6,101 sq. ft., to allow for development of three two-story single-family dwellings. The Vesting <br />Tentative Map (TM2017-004) was approved by the Subdivision Committee on April 19, 2018. Three <br />separate Architectural Permits (AP2018-036, AP2018-037, and AP2018-038) were subsequently <br />approved for each dwelling on May 30, June 1, and September 21, 2018 respectively. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The developer's engineer completed the parcel map, improvement plans, and specifications compliant <br />with the Subdivision Map Act, Redwood City Ordinances, City Standards, and to the satisfaction of the <br />City of Redwood City 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA. 94063 Tel: 650-780-7000 www.redwoodcitV.org <br />63 <br />
