The improvements <br />include new water main, water services, sanitary sewer laterals, private stormwater main, and a 25' <br />wide privately owned and publically accessible local street. <br />The developer, Mike L. Cocco, Judith A. Cocco, and Bethany Sue Chaney 2005 Living Trust, will post <br />bonds in the amount of $102,638.00 as required by the Improvement Agreement. All work associated <br />with this project is being paid for by the developer. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact to the City as a result of this action. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
