These funds will be used to support operating costs for a citywide emergency <br />shelter for homeless individuals who have mental disabilities. <br />Additional Basic Human Needs and Intervention Programs will be funded by Human Services <br />Financial Assistance (HSF A) Program of the City general fund. These services will primarily meet <br />Priorities # 2. <br />PRIORITY # 3: Implement Non-Housing Community Development Activities to Provide <br />Economic and Physical Improvements and Facilities for Social Programs in Low Income <br />Neighborhoods <br />$25,000 CDBG- Emergency Shelter Rehab/ADA Upgrade, Community Overcoming <br />Relationship Abuse (CORA), These funds will be used to support code repairs and accessibility <br />improvements at a shelter for victims of domestic violence. Location suppressed for security purposes. <br />$40,000 CDBG- Kainos Vocational Services Center Improvements Kainos Work Activity <br />Center, 2555 Middlefield Road. These funds will be used to install a new roof and repair water <br />damage at a vocational services center employing adults with developmental disabilities.
