Stanford anticipates that all four buildings will eventually <br />be occupied with medical clinics. Each of Stanford's core programs will have clinical <br />research functions in addition to outpatient health care functions. Urgent care, emergency <br />room and in-patient hospital services will not be provided. <br /> <br />Core Programs include: Musculoskeletal Center, Spine Center, Vision Center, Sleep <br />Disorder, Outpatient Surgery Center, Imaging, Dermatology, Pain Management and <br />Primary Care. <br /> <br />Clinical Outpatient Services include: Physical and Occupational Therapy and Laboratory. <br /> <br />Patient Services include: Educational Library, In~house Conference Center, Pharmacy, <br />Optical Dispensary and Small Retail Convenience Shop. <br /> <br />Central Support Services include: Materials Management, Sterile Processing, and <br />Environmental Services. <br /> <br />Administrative Support Services include: Registration, Information Technology and Medical <br />Records. <br /> <br />Stanford anticipates the following building and site modifications to 420,430,440 and 450 <br />Broadway: interior tenant improvements to all four buildings; new covered walkways from <br />patient curb side drop-off to paired front doors at 420-430 and 440-450 Broadway; <br />modifications to the existing open air bridges between buildings (either wind screens, <br />enclosures and/or widened bridges); a new underground storm water retention basin; <br />upgrade of an existing emergency generator; and new landscaping and signage. <br /> <br />Alternative <br />Direct staff to seek additional proposals. <br /> <br />Fiscal Impact <br />None. Stanford Hospital & Clinics will pay for all costs associated with the SEIR. In <br />addition, since the site is larger than one~quarter acre, the application is covered by the <br />City.Sr?s/ ecovery policy. Stanford will, therefore, pay for all City staff time associated with <br />the~ro ct. ?
