M/S Claire/Hartnett to adopt RESOLUTION 14205 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF SPEED HUMPS AT DESIGNATED LOCATIONS ON <br /> CERTAIN STREETS HEREIN SPECIFIED (Orchard Ave.); <br /> (301) <br /> Stewart Lollar, representing his mother, spoke in concern about thc relocation of a speed hump <br /> from 172 to 152 Orchard Avenue. He stated there is a noise and safety issue with the speed hump. <br /> <br /> Clarice Meredith stated she did not sign the petition and did not want a hump in front of her house. <br /> A speed hump was installed in front of her house and speeding over the bump began. She <br /> circulated a petition signed by 11 neighbors and a petition agreeing to speed humps in front of <br /> houses at 155, 162, 152, 145 and 175 Orchard Avenue. <br /> <br /> Janet Borgens stated she has placed herself in the house where the particular speed hump is located <br /> and she agrees there is a noise issue.
