Comprehensive General Liability <br /> <br />Policy with a minimum limit of not less than $1,000,000 combined single <br />limit for bodily injury and property damage, providing at least all of the <br />following minimum coverage: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Premises Operations <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Owner's and Contractor's Protective <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />Blanket Contractual <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />Broad From Property Damage <br /> <br />e. <br /> <br />Completed Operations <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />Products (on an "if any" basis) <br /> <br />g. <br />h. <br /> <br />Bodily Injury and Personal Injury (Coverage for A, B, and C) <br /> <br />Robbery <br /> <br />3. Auto Insurance <br /> <br />Should Contractor operate any passenger vehicle in performance of this <br />contract, Contractor shall have previously obtained a Comprehensive <br />Business Auto policy with a minimum limit of not less than $1,000,000 <br />combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage, providing at <br />least all of the following coverage's: Coverage shall be applicable to any <br />and all leased, owned, hired or non-owned vehicles used in any of the <br />activities associated with the operation. <br /> <br />4. Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability <br /> <br />Policy written in accordance with the laws of the State of California and <br />providing coverage for any and all employees of Contractor. This policy <br />shall: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Provide coverage for Workers' compensation (Coverage A). <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Provide Coverage for $1 ,000,000 Employer's Liability (Coverage <br />B). <br /> <br />5.
