The incumbent must have demonstrated an ability to work <br />independently and provide excellent customer service before advancing to this level. <br />SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED <br />Endpoint and Infrastructure IT Anal <br />Immediate supervision is provided by the Supervising IT Analyst and may include <br />supervision by a Senior Endpoint and Infrastructure IT Analyst. The Endpoint and <br />Infrastructure IT Analyst I exercises no direct supervision, although they may on occasion <br />lead less complex technology projects. <br />Endpoint and Infrastructure IT Analyst II <br />Immediate supervision is provided by the Supervising IT Analyst and may include <br />supervision by a Senior Endpoint and Infrastructure IT Analyst. The Endpoint and <br />Infrastructure IT Analyst II may occasionally supervise an Endpoint and Infrastructure IT <br />Analyst I when acting as a project lead. <br />EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL AND IMPORTANT DUTIES - Duties may include, but are <br />not limited to, the following with the Endpoint and Infrastructure Analyst II expected to <br />perform at a higher level of independence and with more complex responsibilities: <br />1. Perform procedural analysis and development. <br />2. Support GIS staff with ESRI applications such as ArcGIS Desktop, License Server <br />and Portal. <br />3. Administer Microsoft SQL Server 2014 and greater, Microsoft Access, and other <br />databases, including security. <br />4. Analyze, develop, recommend, test, implement, and support technology solutions <br />that solve organizational challenges, needs and requests. <br />5. Administer IIS including the creation of new sites, host header names, and the <br />creation of SSL certificates. <br />6. Document processes, procedures, and solutions. <br />7. Evaluate, install, and support third party software onto servers and end point <br />devices. <br />8.
