Design and develop applications according to the Software Development <br />Lifecycle (SDLC) and other current best practices. <br />3. Scope, code, test, and debug applications or application components, <br />interfaces, scripts, queries, and reports. <br />4. Analyze, recommend, test, implement, and support software applications that <br />solve organizational challenges, needs, and requests. <br />5. Document processes, procedures, and solutions. <br />6. Develop and/or recommend software solutions that promote organizational <br />efficiency and service delivery. <br />7. Maintain, upgrade, and support the City's intranet and internet web sites. <br />8. Perform Business Analysis and develop specifications and requirements for <br />both in-house development and procurement of commercial systems. <br />9. Prepare clear and concise reports and data analysis. <br />10. Provide application support including training users in the use of software <br />applications. <br />11. Serve as a technical liaison to vendor technical staff. <br />12. Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure uninterrupted and <br />optimum system performance. <br />13. Perform duties and responsibilities as assigned. <br />14. Work in and promote a collaborative and team environment. <br />15.
