6.D.- Page 6of6 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />1. Annual Fee. Consultant and City agree to the following payment terms for an <br />additional three (3) year period from the date of this Amendment. The City shall pay <br />Consultant an annual fee of Fourteen Thousand and Eight Hundred and Fifty Dollars <br />($14,850.00) for two modules (Building & Planning). The annual fee may be subject to <br />increase upon renewal after the end of the 3rd year. <br />2. For work (change requests) outside the scope of work described above, rates for <br />Buildingeye staff would be as follows: <br />Project Management, Development, Service and Oversight — Blended Cost: $249.00 <br />No work may be invoiced for change requests unless the Municipality made the change <br />request in writing and approved a cost estimate in advance of the work being <br />performed. <br />3. Additional Services.
