However, when the design and environmental review are <br />completed for the BC/AC Project, CEQA and NEPA consideration and action will be conducted at the <br />appropriate time and before commencing with any physical work, building on the EIS/EIR already <br />certified for the Salt Ponds Project, which analyzed the BC/AC Project under one of the Salt Ponds <br />Project alternatives. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />The City Council may choose to not authorize execution of the agreement amendment, which will result <br />in the City no longer being able to be obtain funding related to the Bayfront Canal and Atherton Channel <br />Project through the Proposition 84 Grant.
