5 The more land used to build as much affordable housing as possible, the better. Anything to <br />reduce the constant upward spiral of rents! <br />It's a shame rent control was defeated. Having more affordable housing WOULD benefit the whole city. <br />4 If the city owns "a lot of land" I would support using a portion of it for housing. It may not <br />completely solve the problem, but it would help. <br />5 more housing is awesome <br />Have smaller developers invest in the affordable housing!This would help twice as many people! <br />5 <br />5 Affordable housing would benefit many more people than the people living there. Teachers, <br />police, store clerks, restaurant workers who serve our community also need housing. This <br />benefits everyone. If the city owns the land and builds the housing, they should get the money <br />from rents and use that to build more housing. <br />S. Yes I strongly support anything for more affordable housing as nothing is available in this area <br />... relocation is the only option... so sad <br />4 Helping the poor benefits everyone. <br />Number five strongly support, these people that make $15 cannot afford to live in the <br />apartments here that's why every place you go is for hiring. And it's the public that pays with <br />their time <br />4 but it should be priced so it generates income above its costs <br />
