By motion, approve the Parcel Map for lot merger at 851 Main Street provided that prior to <br />recordation, the Parcel Map will be updated to eliminate references to an unrecorded PG&E easement <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Improvement Agreement with 855 <br />Main Street RWC, LLC <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape Maintenance Agreement <br />with 855 Main Street RWC, LLC <br />4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater Treatment Measures <br />Maintenance Agreement with 855 Main Street RWC, LLC <br />5. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Hold Harmless Agreement with 855 <br />Main Street RWC, LLC <br />6. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Shared Parking Covenant with 855 <br />Main Street RWC, LLC <br />STRATEGIC INITIATIVE <br />Economic Development <br />BACKGROUND <br />The project is an 85,732 square feet mixed use building that will contain 6,900 square feet of ground <br />floor retail and 78,832 square feet of commercial office on the ground floor and upper stories. The <br />project will have two basement levels and four above -ground stories (upper stories setback from Main <br />Street). The parking will be provided by the two basement levels.
