2. DELIVERABLES <br />2.1 PROJECT MANAGER shall facilitate review of and make recommendations on <br />adjustment to the communications protocol plan, as prepared by architecture firm, <br />contractors or separate consultants'. <br />2.2 PROJECT MANAGER shall use established communications protocol plan to ensure <br />architecture firm, contractors, or separate consultants' compliance with established <br />procedures. <br />3. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE <br />3.1 PROJECT MANAGER shall commence services upon issuance of a Notice to <br />Proceed from CITY. Services will be considered complete upon issuance of a Notice of <br />Completion. <br />4. COMPENSATION <br />4.1 PROJECT MANAGER shall render services as directed by CITY DIRECTOR OF <br />PARKS, RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES, or his designated <br />representative, with understanding that hours of service may vary, depending on the <br />stage of the project and needs, but typically will not exceed 20 hours per week. PROJECT <br />MANAGER shall bill at an hourly rate of $100.00. <br />4.2 INCREMENTAL PAYMENTS shall be made monthly by CITY to CONSULTANT for <br />hours of rendered services pursuant to invoices consistent with Section 6, Compensation, <br />of the Agreement.
