EXHIBIT "B" FEES Consultant shall perform the work in Tasks 1-7 for a not -to exceed amount of $157,020. Including Task 8, the total not -to -exceed amount is $172,722. Consultant shall invoice monthly based on hours of work performed for each task consistent with the hourly fees and not -to -exceed costs, as outlined in the table below. Hours and costs may be reallocated by the City Engineer between the various items as needed, provided that the total project cost for Tasks 1-7 does not exceed $157,020.
