<br />injury, and property damage <br /> <br />Automobile Liability <br /> <br />N/A <br /> <br />Property-Fire 1 <br /> <br />$ Replacement value of <br />the improvements <br /> <br />Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Contractor shall <br />furnish City with certificates and copies of information or declaration pages of <br />the insurance required hereunder and, with respect to evidence of <br />comprehensive general liability and automobile liability insurance (if applicable) <br />coverage, original endorsements: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the <br />expiration of thirty (30) days after City shall have received written <br />notification of cancellation or reduction in coverage by first class <br />mail: <br />Providing that Contractor's insurance shall apply separately to <br />each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except <br />with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability (cross liability <br />endorsement); <br />Naming the City of Redwood City, its Council, the its officers, <br />boards, commissions, employees, and agents, as additional <br />insureds; and <br />Providing that Contractor's insurance coverage shall be primary <br />insurance with respect to City, its Council, officers, boards, <br />commissions, employees, and agents, and any insurance or self- <br />insurance maintained by City for itself, its Council, officers, boards, <br />commissions, employees, or agents shall be in excess of <br />Contractor's insurance and not contributory with it. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />NON-DISCRIMINATION <br /> <br />Contractor shall comply with the non-discrimination requirements <br />described below: <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 <br /> <br />Pursuant to Section 514 (Public Law 93-112), the Contractor <br />agrees that no otherwise qualified persons with disabilities <br />shall, solely by reason of a disability, be excluded from the <br />participation in, be denied benefits of, or be subjected to <br />discrimination in the performance of this contract or in the <br /> <br />1 Property-Fire insurance policy shall become effective no later than the date of transfer of title <br />of the subject property to Mental Health Association of San Mateo County <br /> <br />(1 ) <br /> <br />1:2006 STAFF REPORTS/O4-2QO6/ACTION PLAN .ADOPT/Cedar St Acquisition <br /> <br />4 <br />
