<br />Compliance of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973,
<br />as amended, requires that all benefits, aids and services are
<br />made available to persons with disabilities on an equivalent
<br />basis with those received by non-disabled persons.
<br />Contractor shall agree to be in compliance with Section 504
<br />requirements by developing a plan for compliance to be
<br />submitted to the Section 504 Coordinator as soon as
<br />possible but not later than by the close of escrow for this
<br />acquisition.

<br />Affirmative Action.

<br />Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with the Equal
<br />Employment Opportunity Requirements of Executive Order No
<br />11246, as amended by Executive Order No 1375, Title VII of the
<br />Civil Rights Act of 1964, the California Fair Employment Practices
<br />Act and any other federal or state laws pertaining to equal
<br />employment opportunity, and that it will not discriminate against
<br />any employee or applicant for employment or opportunity to
<br />purchase the dwelling to be built on the "property." on the basis of

<br />In the performance of this contract, the Contractor agrees to
<br />not discriminate against any employee or applicant for
<br />employment because of race, religion, color, national origin,
<br />ancestry, sex, age, physical or mental disability, marital
<br />status, sexual preference, or political affiliation. The
<br />contractor agrees to take affirmative action to ensure that
<br />applicants are employed, and that employees are treated
<br />during employment, without regard to their race, religion,
<br />color, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, physical or mental
<br />disability, marital status, sexual preference, or political
<br />affiliation. Such action shall include, but not be limited to the
<br />following: employment, upgrading, demotion or transfers;
<br />recruitment or recruitment advertising; layoff or termination;
<br />rates of payor other forms of compensation; and selection
<br />for training, including apprenticeship. The Contractor agrees
<br />to post in conspicuous places, available to employees and
<br />applicants for employment, notices to be provided by the
<br />City of Redwood City setting forth the provisions of this Fair
<br />Employment Practices section.
