<br />D. <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />The Contractor agrees to permit access to his records of <br />employment, employment advertisements, application <br />forms, and other pertinent data and records by the State Fair <br />Employment Practices Commission, or any other agency of <br />the State of California designated by the awarding authority, <br />for the purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance <br />with the Fair Employment Practices section of this contract. <br /> <br />Nondiscrimination Based on Disability. <br /> <br />Contractor hereby agrees that it will comply with the provisions of <br />Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, <br />providing equal access and reasonable accommodations in <br />employment programs and services to persons who are disabled. <br /> <br />Interest of Public Officials. <br /> <br />No members, officers, employees, or agents of the City of <br />Redwood City, no member of the City Council and no other public <br />official who exercises any function or responsibility with respect to <br />this Agreement or Contractor's Program during his or his tenure, or <br />for one year thereafter, shall have any interest, direct or indirect, in <br />this contract or a related subcontract, or the proceeds thereof. <br />Contractor shall incorporate in all subcontracts hereunder a <br />provision prohibiting such interest. <br /> <br />F. <br /> <br />Reliaious Activity Prohibited. <br /> <br />Those shall be no religious worship, instruction, or proselytizing as <br />part of, or in connection with, the performance of this Agreement. <br /> <br />G. <br /> <br />Uniform Administration Requirements. <br /> <br />Contractor shall comply with the requirements and standards of the <br />HOME Investment Partnership Regulations, OMB Circular A-122 <br />Cost Principles for Non-Profit Organizations, OMB Circular A-11 0 <br />attachments A, B, C, F, H, N, and 0, and all other federal, state, <br />and local laws, regulations and requirements, as applicable. <br /> <br />H. <br /> <br />HOME PROGRAM Requirements. <br /> <br />Contractor shall comply with the requirements and standards of the <br />HOME Investment Partnership Regulations relating to: income <br />targeting to HOME limits of 50% and below median income; <br />affordability term of no less than 20 years; recorded deed <br />restrictions at the time of sale to a HOME eligible buyer which <br />provides for the recapture of HOME funds and first right of refusal <br />in the event of sale prior to the completion of the required <br /> <br />1:2006 STAFF REPORTS/04-2006/ACTION PLAN ADOPT/Cedar St Acquisition <br /> <br />6 <br />
