Planned Development Permit: A permit that allows design flexibility with respect <br />to lot size, lot coverage, building height, setbacks and sign age in exchange for high <br />quality, innovative projects, including quality open space and recreational <br />opportunities. <br /> <br />17. Planned Development Permit Amendment: Changes to land uses, building(s) or <br />site improvements previously approved under a Planned Development Permit. <br /> <br />18. Preliminary Design Map (Subdivision only): A map which shows the conceptual <br />layout of a subdivision and related improvements. <br /> <br />19. Public Convenience & Necessity Fee (State Alcohol Beverage Control or <br />ABC): The ABC requires cities to submit a Public Convenience & Necessity (PCN) <br />letter stating whether that use conforms to the City's planning laws.
