Tentative Subdivision Maps: A subdivision map consisting of 5 or more parcels. <br /> <br />29. Variance: A Variance provides relief from certain requirements of the Zoning <br />Ordinance. A Variance can only be granted if certain findings are made by the <br />Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />30. Zoning Text Amendment: A change to the Zoning Ordinance text that is intended <br />to improve future growth and development of the City. <br /> <br />31.Zoning Map Amendment: A change to the Zoning Ordinance maps intended to <br />improve future growth and development of the City. Zoning map and zoning text <br />amendments are often made together in response to some decision by City Council; <br />but they can occur independently. <br /> <br />32. Zoning Verification Letter: A letter that provides zoning verification of a particular <br />property.
