The Precise Plan Ms. Kirchner is referring to is the <br />Downtown Precise Plan and that is not E subject of discussion tonight. The specific <br />district boundaries that Planning Commission is talking about tonight do not encompass <br />any of the structures that she has mentioned. <br /> <br />City Attorney Yamamoto st;lted that all the municipal code requires is that the Planning <br />Commission direct a public hearing beheld, it can be held for a specific day or month. <br />This 15 just Edirection to the staff. The code will come into effect at the time that the <br />Public Hearing is held. <br /> <br />Chair Seybert-stated to set a Public Hearing no earlier than-January 2006. <br /> <br />Mr. Jany added that Historic Resources Advisory Committee Chair Rolandelli would like <br />to have a process which involves inviting Mezesville area neighbors to a meeting, <br />,perhaps at the .IoælschooJ, tÇ>have ,8 pre."meeiingbefore the .publichearing .and explain <br />to them exactly what this process would be about.
