Evora <br />Engineering & Construction Department <br />Redwood City <br />1017 Middlefield Road <br />Redwood City, CA 94064 <br /> <br />Re: <br /> <br />Redwood City Veteran Pump Station Project <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Evora: <br /> <br />Zeiger Engineers, Inc- proposes to furnish the necessary electrical engineering services in <br />connection with the referenced project for a fixed fee in the amount of $16,800.00 (sixteen <br />thousand eight hundred dollars and no cents), excluding normal project reimbursable <br />expenses. The scope ofthe fees shall be broken down as follows: <br /> <br />Construction Documents <br />Electrical <br />Architectural (Choi + Robles Architecture) <br /> <br />$10,300.00 <br />$6,500.00 <br />$16,800.00 <br /> <br />Total <br /> <br />Project Description: The project consists of providing construction documents for the new <br />building to house the relocated or new pump station switchgear at the Veterans Blvd Pump <br />station along with the design of the removal or relocation of existing pump station <br />switchgear from below grade- In addition to the pump station switchgear, a new permanent <br />generator will be designed to be installed at this site. The design shall include the field <br />investigation of the existing facilities and developing the electrical construction documents. <br />The building shall be provided with new lighting and maintenance receptacles in co- <br />ordination with the city's requirements. <br /> <br />Our office will create the drawings on ACAD 2000i and based on drawings provided by the <br />city on the site and existing switchgear. Any drawings, which the city has in ACAD format <br />files or hand drafted plans will be provided to Zeiger Engineers to incorporate into its design <br />as required. <br /> <br />Basic Services: <br /> <br />Electrical engineering work will include: <br />
