The <br />building is a concrete block structure approximately 8' x 10' x 9' high with <br />painted finish on the exterior and flat built-up roof for a water-tight enclosure. <br />Access is via one hollow metal man door. Structure will be naturally ventilated <br />with louvers. <br />Fee is for architectural and structural engineering design only. Excludes <br />mechanical, surveying, civil, geotechnical, landscape and other design.
