It is also <br />recognized that the number of citations generated by a photo red light system tends to <br />decrease over time. Preliminary findings indicate revenue sufficient to offset both <br />equipment and personnel costs would be generated by the issuance of 2.06 paid <br />citations per day, per direction of approach.
