Amends Resolution 11333 by amending that portion of Exhibit A to the <br /> resolution entitled "Planning Division Fees", and inserting the Finance <br /> Committee's recommendations; <br /> 3. Amends Paragraph 3 of Resolution No. 14609 to provide that projects <br /> of less than one-quarter acre requiring review under the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pay the full cost of such review, <br /> including the costs for City staff as well as the costs for any <br /> consultants. <br /> RESOLUTION 14711 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY DOPTING A COST RECOVERY POLICY FOR THE <br /> PROCESSING OF PLANNING RELATED APPLICATIONS FOR MINOR <br /> DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS AND AMENDING RESOLUTIONS NO. 14609 <br /> AND 11333 <br /> The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote. <br />B. Mezesville Historic District proposal <br /> Principal Planner Jany explained the proposal utilizing a PowerPoint <br /> presentation (on file). <br /> Mayor Pierce opened the public hearing. <br /> Public Comment: <br /> Stacy Schneider voiced her favor toward the historic district <br /> recommendation. <br /> Laura Stewart stated that it was an interesting process explaining that the <br /> area is so special because it embraces the past beginning in 1894 <br /> representing the working class men and women. <br /> Nelson Andrade stated that he was amazed with the research and felt it <br /> was a very strong community and asset. <br /> Kimberly Andrade stated that the area is a very previous neighborhood and <br /> that her hope is that it be deemed historical. <br /> Peggy Bruggmann stated her wish that the area be deemed historical and <br /> that it would compliment the downtown. <br /> Gwenythe Scove supported the approval stating that the area is well worth <br /> protecting. <br /> MIS Foust/Ira to: <br /> Designate the area described below as the Mezesville Historic District: <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MAY 8, 2006 <br />MEETING MINUTES PAGE 7 <br /> "e'_* -t......."'...
