A summary of peer review findings and comments will be included as an appendix to the TR. Task 6 —Project Management The Consultant will manage and oversee, from notice -to -proceed through completion of tasks, including the following: • Monitor budget and progress on a regular basis. • Allocate resources to meet project objectives based on this scope of work. • Perform project control activities to accomplish day-to-day management of the work and quality control measures in accordance with IUJ standards. • Perform concept and criteria review (C&CR). • Perform quality reviews of two (2) TM's (draft) and draft and final Technical Report. • Prepare monthly written status reports that summarize budget and schedule tasks, work completed, upcoming work and coordination items and potential issues that may require the City's attention. • Submit status report with each monthly invoice. Consultant will complete all tasks covered under this scope of work in approximately three months from Effective Date and shall not exceed June 30, 2019.
