Technical Memorandum (TM1): Consultant will summarize the results and findings of Task 1 <br />in a draft TM (TM1). Level of effort assumes preparation of a brief TM (approximately 10 pages). <br />TM1 will include the following: <br />• Summary of compatible corrosion resistant alloys and manufacturers of products that <br />can be used with the City's RW. <br />• Summary of case studies/references that evaluate the use of up to four (4) non -copper <br />piping materials in commercial buildings. <br />• Summary of major building codes, and corresponding municipal/state identifiers that <br />allow plastic or stainless-steel pipe for indoor commercial use. <br />Technical Memorandum (TM2): Consultant will summarize the results and findings of Task 2 <br />in a brief draft TM (TM2). Level of effort assumes preparation of a brief TM (approximately 10 <br />pages). <br />Technical Report (TR): Consultant will incorporate the information presented in TM1 and TM2 <br />in a draft Technical Report (TR). The TR will address City comments received in TM1 and TM2. <br />Consultant will conduct a meeting with the City to review comments to the draft TR, incorporate <br />comments, and finalize the TR based on the City's written review comments. <br />Assumptions: <br />• Level of effort assumes preparation of a brief TR (approximately 20 pages), excluding <br />appendices. <br />• One set of consolidated comments will be provided by the City for the Draft TR. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Draft TM1, electronic PDF: comments received will be incorporated into the overall draft <br />TR. <br />• Draft TM2, electronic PDF: comments received will be incorporated into the overall draft <br />TR <br />• Draft TR, electronic PDF. <br />• Final TR, electronic PDF. <br />Conference Calls and Meetings: <br />• One meeting to discuss City's review comments to the draft TR. <br />• Up to two conference calls. <br />Task 5 - Third -Party Peer Review of Corrosion -Related Assessments <br />Consultant will engage the services of a third -party corrosion firm, V&A Consulting Engineers, <br />Inc., to perform a peer review of the corrosion -related assessments included in following <br />documents prepared for the City. <br />• 2017 Recycled Water Quality Study prepared by Kennedy/Jenks <br />• 2018 Recycled Water Corrosion Control Feasibility Study, prepared by Kennedy/Jenks <br />• Technical Memoranda and Technical Report (TR) prepared under this Scope of Work <br />Consultant will utilize the peer reviewer in a Quality Assurance (QA) capacity for each <br />deliverable and will be included in the concept and criteria review (C&CR).
