Footage <br />The inspections shall document the following National Association of Sewer Service <br />Companies (NASSCO) (PACP) formatted observations: <br />1. Cracks — radial and longitudinal, hairline or open; <br />2. Laterals (identify active or inactive, if possible) — quadrant location, <br />protruding, cracks, roots; <br />3. Corrosion — iron stains, roughened aggregate, exposed aggregate, exposed <br />rebar, or exposed soil; <br />4. Offsets/sage— 1 -inch, 2 -inch, 4 -inch, etc.; <br />5. Roots — light, moderate, heavy, or matted roots; <br />6. Grease — light, moderate, or heavy; <br />7. Infiltration — water strains, dripping water, or stream of water; <br />8. Other — holes in pipe, missing tile; <br />9. Pictures of all pipe defects that are Severity Grade 3 and greater in JPEG <br />format labeled with line and footage. <br />C. Deliverables <br />Contractor shall submit CCTV inspection reports via electronic file data transmittals <br />using shared cloud data storage, provision of hard drives, flash drives, and/or by DVD. <br />Electronic submittals will include: <br />1. Video Files in MPEG -4 format; <br />2. Pictures of all pipe defects that are severity grade 3 and greater in JPEG <br />format, labeled with line and footage; <br />3. NASSCO/PACP Inspection reports; and <br />4. Inspection Logs. <br />If video and/or captured images do not clearly show the pipe conditions due to an <br />inadequate amount of light or are of such poor quality that staff is unable to evaluate the <br />condition of the sewer or locate sewer service connections, Contractor is responsible for <br />re -televising that section of the pipe at the Contractor's expense. <br />Contractor will submit all deliverables within 24 hours after completion of inspection. <br />Deliverables may be provided via hard drive to the Public Works Corporation Yard or <br />electronically emailed to Public Works staff. <br />2. Payment Terms. <br />The total not to exceed contract amount is $59,000. Fees will be paid on an hourly or linear foot <br />basis based on the unit rates below.
