Charges for account set up and invoicing will be as follows: <br />1. Contractor shall provide new uniforms with no set up costs. <br />2. Current pricing to the department shall roll over to U.S. Communities contract pricing at <br />effective date of Agreement. <br />3. Contractor shall remove employee names from billing invoices upon notification of <br />separation from City or notification of discontinued City employment. Invoices shall <br />be adjusted/corrected within ten (10) days of past employee's uniform being turned <br />in to Contractor. <br />4. New employee shall be added to the invoice starting on the delivery date of <br />uniforms. <br />S. Incorrect invoices will not be processed and will be returned to Contractor for <br />correction. <br />COMPENSATION <br />The City will pay Contractor on a cost per unit basis according to the price table below, in an <br />amount not to exceed Fifty -Nine Thousand and Nine -Hundred Dollars ($59,900).
