5 1 love the idea of ferry service! What a great commute option <br />5=1 believe by expanding the ferry service would give commuters a choice and the 101 stretch <br />in the peninsula a relief. <br />5. Especially if faster than caltrain <br />5 this is a very smart & viable component of our transportation menu as more of us decide to <br />leave the gas hog parked & enjoy the sights& sounds of the area as we interact with our <br />neighbors. Let's turn a trip to the City from a chore to a delight. 100% a win -win-win. <br />4 - while another, alternative mass transportation option is appealing, it would be nice to have <br />more details on the logistics of this service. Will this increase congestion at the 101 / Woodside <br />intersection? Where will people park? How much will the service cost? Who will be allowed to <br />use it? <br />5 we asked for this 10 years ago with great hoopla. I was on the tryout ride with Now mayor <br />Bain. We've been waiting for the terminal - what was the holdup? <br />4. Might be a good idea if done right. Johns9l <br />5 it will cut the congestion of traffic <br />5- 1 strongly offering another viable mode of transportation up and down the peninsula <br />corridor. <br />In opposition: <br />+s 2 the port isn't conveniently located and would require additional alternate public transit <br />connections and coordination. I'd rather support regional investment in improved <br />Caltrain/Bart services <br />+s 1. The public transportation services to/from Port of Redwood City also needs to be <br />upgraded before a viable ferry service can be operated. Without upgraded transportation at <br />the Port, it will only cause more roadway congestion on 101. This exit from the 101 is already <br />
