Totally agree. We pull some cars from the freeway plus better for our environment <br />5. 1 worked in SF and always hoped that a ferry would open. I would still take it - super <br />convenient and relaxing no traffic horns blaring... <br />4. Support. Issue: must have parking available. Question, cost comparable to other <br />transportation?Support because convenient, not more time than driving, BART or Caltrain, <br />attractive views, flexibility and enhanced options for citizens and tourists. <br />Assuming no environmental impact, then 5 <br />4 can't imagine it would be fast enough for commuting, but it would be useful and fun and a <br />great way to highlight the Bay <br />5. So important with traffic becoming increasingly worse! <br />4 - would be interested but would need to learn more about pricing, timing of transport to <br />understand if it is worth whole <br />41 would love to see ferry service from Redwood City to S. F. But not if it's going to hemorrhage <br />money <br />SYes please! Get this going ASAP! <br />5 - strongly supportOur water ways are under utilised ways of transportation. With the <br />increase of job opportunities we need more options for workers and families to travel up and <br />down the peninsula. It only makes sense that we invest in the future. BART would be another <br />great existing resource to have that would help connect RWC to SF. By having a ferry, people <br />would be more relaxed while commuting by water rather than 101 or 280! <br />Strongly support a Ferry System for the Port if Redwood City. Have wanted this FOREVER. <br />Service to East Bay, SF and North Bay. 40 year resident of RWC, with previous 10 in San Mateo <br />and would have gladly used the RWC system then, as well.Revamp Woodside Rd/101 with a <br />direct overpass without traffic lights, widen Seaport, develop waterfront with low impact <br />parklands/walking paths. Have a FEW coffee & restaurants. Perfect! <br />SAlong with vans or buses that will take users up and back to parking lots. <br />
