Recommendation: <br />By resolution, approve a wireless communication site license agreement with <br />New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC (New Cingular) to lease a portion of the Emerald <br />Lake Hills Water Tank located at 555 California Way for a term of five years <br />commencing on February 1, 2019 and expiring on January 31, 2024. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
